Never go into strange places on a falling tide without a pilot. ~Thomas Gibson Bowles ⚓⚓⚓ Characters and Out of Character Chat ⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓ Premise ⚓⚓⚓Ravensworth, a port city of the south, is abuzz. The Spalding Emerald, formerly thought to be a myth, has been concealed within the city for decades. Only recently has a clue as to its whereabouts proven its existence. Of course, the crown has brought its best and brightest to the town in an attempt to recover it, but they certainly aren't the only ones after such a treasure... ⚓⚓⚓ Setting Notes ⚓⚓⚓
-1810 or thereabouts -Britain-ish. ⚓⚓⚓ Locations ⚓⚓⚓-The Town Square -The Downy Pelican Pub : A very common pub frequented by sailors and townsmen alike. -The Village Market : The place where most of the town's commerce takes place. Usually, it is quite crowded and busy. -The Docks -The Shipyard : Where ships are built and repaired. Is also where a great deal of underhanded business goes down, as there are many hidden nooks and crannies. -The Crimson Moon : A pirate ship captained by Myraid McBride. -The HMS Marydock : A ship of the royal navy captained by Alfred Perdenkly. -Other Relevant Ships -The Cove -The Wreck of the HMS Sterlet : A half-sunken ship hidden in a tidal cave. Dangerous to approach and home to Jean D'Armistead. -The Tidal Caves : Many tidal caves dot the shores near Ravensworth, housing many wrecked ships and, supposedly, lost treasures. -The Beach
